Volo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Volo mobile application and any related services (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect the following types of information:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only in limited cases:
Data is stored on secure servers (US-based). We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure. Flight data from public/third-party APIs is generally not personal.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
We may update this policy. We'll post changes here and note the new effective date. Significant changes may get in-app notice.

Welcome to Volo! These Terms govern your use of the Volo app and services ("Services"). By using Volo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your country) to use Volo. If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need parent/guardian consent.
If you create an account, keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.
Flight info comes from third-party APIs and public sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Do not rely on Volo for critical travel decisions — always check with the airline/official sources. We aren't liable for missed flights, losses, etc., due to bad data.
You agree not to:
The App, design, code, and content (except third-party flight data) are owned by us or licensed to us. You get a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
You can enable/disable notifications and sharing anytime. Shared trip info is visible only to people you explicitly invite/share with.
We can suspend or terminate your access anytime for violations, or if we discontinue the Service. You can delete your account anytime.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (lost profits, data, travel issues, etc.), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (if any).
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes go to courts in Los Angeles County.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance. We'll try to notify you of big changes.
This is the full agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest stands.
