The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Volo app:
If you have already uninstalled Volo and cannot access the in-app flow, send an email to:
Include the email address associated with your Volo account. Deletion requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from Volo's systems:
No user data is retained after deletion for any purpose.
Volo uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may retain anonymized, non-personally-identifiable ad interaction data per Google's own data retention policies. This data cannot be linked to your Volo account after deletion.
